1. No Returns – Exchange Only
We do not accept returns on any products.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
✔ You must provide proof of purchase and clear images of the issue.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the product is unavailable on our end and cannot be replaced.
No refunds will be provided for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect orders, or damage caused after delivery.
4. Exchange Process

Provide order details and pictures of the product issue.
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process.
The customer may be responsible for shipping charges unless the error is on our part.
5. Exceptions
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet our criteria.
